Review: We bought two high quality hand-held facial mirrors and have found one to be missing a bolt and screw on the handle. Since we did not keep the receipt, North West Beauty will not replace or fix the item. We are discouraged, since we purchase all of our high quality hair treatment products from them and have also purchased expensive curling irons, blowers, etc. Unfortunately we can no longer do business with this establishment and recommend that others avoid any dealing with North West Beauty as they have documented their lack of trustworthiness.Desired Settlement: Exchange or provide us with a replacement nut and bolt that goes with the mirror (speciality item)
