tonwhom it may concernWe have been working with the tenants to try and resolve the issues and maintenance requests that they have submittedThe following are in direct response with what we have and are working towards to maintain the property
The owner of the property does not want to
install a fence around the propertyThey have never had a fence so we believe that we do not have to install a fenceIf there was a fence in place then we would need to maintain it
We have sent "Clean Crawl" out to investigate the pest infestationThey sent us a repot of issues to fix prior to them being able to set traps
We scheduled with the tenant to have a contractor meet her at the property to begin repairsUpon our contractors arrival for his scheduled appointment, the tenant left a note on the door saying sorry I'm not able to be here please reschedulehis fee for a misse appointment was $the owner didn't want to pay this so since we did not not know to cancel the appointment we informed the tenant that due to canceling without notice they now have a $fee that will need to be paid.The tenant said please do not threaten me with thisWe didn't feel as though we were threading we were simply informing her
We have since fixed the flashing issues on the roof
We are trimming all trees away from the house so that the pests/critters will not have access to the roof
This property is on Main Street in fall city and there will be a parade in a couple of weeks for Fall City Days, this is where the tenants frustration comes with the trespassing since people attending the parade will be lining the streets and sitting on the curb in front of the house, I really don't know what to tell her on this as the curb I believe is city property
in conclusion I believe that we are working diligently on all maintenance issues in regards to the houseI did not know of the lock issues but will get that scheduled with our contractor ASAPI also wanted you to know that all contractors used by our company are licensed, bonded and insured
