Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:the doors that were finally provided are not correct In spite of Bill P [redacted] claiming that my installer modified the cabinets incorrectly, the doors are still to short for the sink cabinet and do not fit The doors for the microwave are also incorrect, because they are to wide for the microwave cabinet so those doors cannot be shut, please refer to the attached photosIn addition I have attached several text messages of my correspondence with NW Facets both from Bill P [redacted] and Chad B***NW Facets told me from the beginning that there were different styles of cabinets for the sink, they did not deliver the proper cabinet to begin with(see text messages from Chad B [redacted] #24& #25) NW Facets then worked with my installer to modify the sink cabinet under NW Facet's guidance and direction(see text messages from Chad B [redacted] #79, #& #81)Chad B [redacted] said they that the “missing” doors where ordered April 13th and would be ready May 1stHe also said he would be installing them, (see text messages from Chad B [redacted] #131, #132, #133, #134, #154, #164) On May 9th Chad informs me that the doors are still not ordered stating he needs the width of the microwave cabinet – note the width of the microwave cabinet never changed, not sure why he needed the width when NW Facets already had that information(see text message from Chad B [redacted] #164) The doors that were finally delivered on June 6th, were not the correct sizeI informed Bill P [redacted] immediately, please note that he agrees to make it "right" (see text message from Bill P [redacted] # through 91) See attached photos The gap under the sink would be about 4" compared to the gap of about 1" for the other cabinets to the counter top For the microwave, the doors are to wide, so the doors cannot be shut See the gap in the pantry doors in the before photo compared to the new doors that I was given on June 6thI paid you over $ These items were part of our original agreement*Please view attached documents Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We continue to attempt to resolve this, and close out the file Here is our latest email to [redacted] ***-There has been no recent shift in blame In fact, blame is not my game at all! I have been consistent in the fact that your installer has altered the sink cabinet incorrectly, and the tall cabinet where the microwave sits, has not been altered at all based on your pictures We didn't have the information on the microwave space None of this really matters- We ARE building you four more doors at no chargeYou have the doors you are asking about- You can measure them I don't have access to the information you're asking for prior to noon They should be the same width of the doors on the attached agreement The height is different, based on your information If you would verify the sizes you want made, the doors we are sending could have been in route weeks ago The hinges we supplied extra, are the same as the door hinges you have, and are adjustable, which allows the doors to adjust in width, among other adjustmentsIt appears from the photo you sent, that the door on the left side of the pantry opening has been damaged? These products were delivered and signed by you in good condition, so not sure what happened there Either way- this will be corrected as well, when you confirm the sizes for the replacement doors, and you receive new Lets be clear again- We are making you four new doors at no charge All I need is for you to verify, or let me know what sizes you want (see attached).Do you still want the doors? We need to close this out, or place the order for the doors by July 27th This can move forward, and be resolved with just a couple actions- please, lets not stray from that, and get this resolvedBill P*** 503-515- CCB# On Tue, Jul 25, at 7:AM, [redacted] *** [redacted] [redacted] Waiting for your response, we need to know the dimensions of the doors that were originally sent and the dimensions of the doors that I picked up on 6/6/ I need that information by noon today[redacted] On Sun, Jul 23, at 7:AM, [redacted] *** wrote:Then please clarify for the record the dimensions of the doors I received on 6/6.On Sat, Jul 22, at 12:AM, wrote:The sizes are on the agreementBoth width and height Thank you, Home FacetsBill P***503.515.2211On Jul 21, 2017, at 1:PM, [redacted] wrote:My hesitation is that you continue to blame my installer which is a recent shift in blameYou are not being accountable for anything that has occurred, that is a problem for me.The width of the new doors that I picked up on 6/are not the same width as the original doors Can you tell me the widths that you have on file? The Customer- [redacted],  had the cabinets modified by her own contractor.  We only supplied product.  We supplied ALL products to the client, including the 4 cabinet doors she is questioning (see signed receipt of doors).   These final four cabinet doors should work for their...

modifications, had the modifications been done correctly.  In fact, the pictures, finally sent by client, via email / text - shows that the modification is not even done yet over the microwave, and the kitchen sink cabinet is done incorrectly- So the product she received can work for both spaces with proper cabinet alterations.    Again, as additional good will-  We agreed to remake the doors for her.  The customer, to date, has not supplied, or approved the additional door sizes.  You can see some of the time stamps in email, and the texts can be time stamped as well if you'd like more info.  So the delays as she has accused us of are really unfounded.  AND she HAS received all product.  We have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com, and if you want more evidence that we have done above and beyond for this customer, you will see that there is NO basis for this complaint. Clarified points:  1. Customer received ALL products paid for.   2. Customer received additional trims on two occasions, not paid for, but as good will.   3. Customer received the four doors she is questioning- see signed receipt attached (dated 6-6-2017).  4. HER contractor altered sink cabinet incorrectly (doors hand delivered to client will work).  5. Tall cabinet for her microwave is not altered (per her picture), so the doors (supplied) can work there as well.   6.  HOWEVER- we did agree to make the doors AGAIN, for her, as good will.  See attachments

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:the doors that were finally provided are not correct.  In spite of Bill P[redacted] claiming that my installer modified the cabinets incorrectly, the doors are still to short for the sink cabinet and do not fit.  The doors for the microwave are also incorrect, because they are to wide for the microwave cabinet so those doors cannot be shut, please refer to the attached photos. In addition I have attached several text messages of my correspondence with NW Facets both from Bill P[redacted] and Chad B[redacted]. NW Facets told me from the beginning that there were different styles of cabinets for the sink, they did not deliver the proper cabinet to begin with. (see text messages from Chad B[redacted] #24& #25) NW Facets then worked with my installer to modify the sink cabinet under NW Facet's guidance and direction. (see text messages from Chad B[redacted] #79, #80 & #81). Chad B[redacted] said they that the “missing” doors where ordered April 13th and would be ready May 1st. He also said he would be installing them, (see text messages from Chad B[redacted] #131, #132, #133, #134, #154, #164) On May 9th Chad informs me that the doors are still not ordered stating he needs the width of the microwave cabinet – note the width of the microwave cabinet never changed, not sure why he needed the width when NW Facets already had that information. (see text message from Chad B[redacted] #164) The doors that were finally delivered on June 6th, were not the correct size. I informed Bill P[redacted] immediately, please note that he agrees to make it "right" (see text message from Bill P[redacted] # 77 through 91).                                      ... See attached photos.  The gap under the sink would be about 4" compared to the gap of about 1" for the other cabinets to the counter top.  For the microwave, the doors are to wide, so the doors cannot be shut.  See the gap in the pantry doors in the before photo compared to the new doors that I was given on June 6th. I paid you over $14000.  These items were part of our original agreement. *Please view attached documents.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
