Good afternoon,I am writing in response to Complaint [redacted] by [redacted] ***We have spoken with [redacted] on two occasions assuring him that we would like to take care of anything that needs to be corrected along with reimbursing him for the light repair, we have had our tile guy meet with Mr [redacted] to see what needs to be done/corrected and currently have an appointment scheduled for Sept 30, the earliest that Mr [redacted] stated he would be back in town and available to meetOur goal is to listen to their concerns, redo any tile area that is unsatisfactory to Mrand Mrs***, reimburse them for the light repair and extend their warranty by one more year Kind regards,Philip D***AZ Pool Resurfacing

We have Spoke with Ms. L [redacted] and have been working to find and resolve this issue. We have been out there numerous times to resolve the issue and have been working with her to get this completed. We have performed a pressure test and other tests and have been unable to identify the leak. We... are still continuing to work to find the leak.
