My husband and I hired NW Fence Builders on April 1, to install an automatic gate on our property to make it easier to enter/exit our property, because I have Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis with mobility issuesThe owner, Clint S [redacted] , was onsite in March, a sketched out a what he was planning to doMy husband signed this paper and Clint said he would make a copy and return it to usThis was to be our contract with the companyWe followed up many times with Clint since then about our contract that we have not receivedHe said he scanned it and sent it to my husband's email, [redacted] He does not confirm to say he's sent it and to what emailI ended up demanding from Clint the original contract by certified mail on February 18, Clint now states through text the he "agreed to sending u and [redacted] the documents but in turn wanted [redacted] to update the google review with the truth." So he is essentially holding our contract hostage for a poor review we gave himThe review my husband gave him and his company was based off of conversations he had with ClintWe later found out that some of that was untrue, but my husband has not gone back to update the review since we have not received the contract.We want the original contract sent to us via registered mailNot one that has been altered in any way to include final costs to the project, etc
