Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
The response that was given is skirting the major issues is this case.  Those issues focus around the things that you, [redacted], said to me and showed me while we looked at the place.  Once again, [redacted] you knew that I wanted central air conditioning in the place that I would purchase.  I asked you, "Does it have air conditioning?"  Your response:  "No, (short pause), but it does have a heat pump".  After saying that, you led me to the closet in the master bedroom and showed me the circuit breaker that said "heat pump".  Then you directed me to the thermostat in the hallway, turned the switch to "cool" position, and the other switch to the "on" position.  Air started coming through the vents.  I am not positive of my exact words, but I said something to the effect:  "A heat pump is acceptable to me."  Your truck was parked directly over a large puddle that forms in that spot when it rains.  I didn't find that out until after I moved in.  You failed to give me information concerning the three trees that are too close to the house, and the large root covered with black tape that goes under the house.  You did not provide me with a property disclosure statement as required by Oregon Law ORS 105.464.  You told me what a great inspector [redacted] is how much more thorough he is in his inspections.  When I asked for a copy of his inspection report you said, "let me talk to the owners about it".  You said that they wanted me to pay half the cost ($130).  I contacted [redacted] and he said that you are not allowed to sell copies of his report.  That is a copyright violation.  You have failed to represent me as the prospective buyer and have violated the principles of the National Association of Realtors.  One of their mottos is the Golden Rule - "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.  You should be the one responding to this, not [redacted].  I hope you will be honest and fair in your response.

TO: Revdex.comComplaint # [redacted]
In response to [redacted] complaint # [redacted] with the Revdex.com, we are quite confused. His story keeps changing, everything is a conspiracy, and he would like a free home and not be obligated by the closing and purchase of the home as stated and...

signed for when he closed on the purchase of this home.
This complaint is entirely different than the complaint he filed with the State of Oregon Attorney Generals Office, Financial Fraud/Consumer Protection Section / Enforcement Officer [redacted], back in June of 20016.  They reviewed his complaints and counter complaints and found that they were without merit . Stating that they were sorry but they were unable to assist him.
Now he has decided to file a completely different complaint with the Revdex.com making a completely different false complaint. Not only are they false and without merit, they are complete fabricationsWe are not sure what [redacted] issue is but it continually changes, and he continues to make false and unsubstantiated claims against us.
To simplify as much as possible this is a summary of our dealings and what is and is not fact.
1) NW HomeBuyers.net LLC never owned this home and did not sell this home to [redacted].2) The owner of this home was [redacted].3) NW Homebuyers  handled the sale of this home from [redacted] to [redacted] made an offer to purchase the home from [redacted] which she accepted.4) NW HomeBuyers handled the closing and titling of this home with the State of Oregon for [redacted].5) [redacted] signed all closing documents which clearly stated that he was purchasing the home “As Is with no Warranty”. His paperwork also recommends that the buyer does a home inspection. [redacted] not only signed that document but also paid to obtain a copy of a home inspection   6) There was never a heat pump included in the sale to [redacted], and ther was never a heat pump attached to the home while [redacted] owned the home. The manufactures do not provide heat pumps but do add circuit breakers in case the home owner should decide to install one, and yes they do add a sticker so that the owner of the home would know which breakers to use.7) [redacted] goes on and on about the yard, the trees, etc, etc, which have absolutely nothing to do with the home itself. He also keeps coming up with new and frivolous accusations which seem to never end. 8) [redacted] claims are complete fabrications and without merit. At some point [redacted] need to take some accountability and responsibility for the legal documents and transaction that he signed when purchasing the home from [redacted].   He obviously has issues that are not our doing.Attached you will find copies of the paperwork from his purchase of this home, as well as correspondence from the previous, different complaint he filed with the State of Oregon.
