In response to the complaint, we reached out to client in an attempt to resolve the issue Being a current client on a quarterly program, we wanted to resolve this issue with the utmost detail and urgency After speaking with the wife on Friday 6/9, she originally agreed to let the owner of the company and a manager out to see the site and resolve the problem She wanted to speak with her husband about scheduling because he is unemployed and has the most flexibility in his schedule to meet with us On 6/at 6:she e-mailed and requested the we refund the most recent quarterly service charge of $and refused to have us out to the home and wanted us to cease all services moving forward.We refunded the $service charge to their original method of payment (card should settle within hrs), and canceled the service plan.We consider this matter resolved and closed
After a full review of the situation, we have removed the quarterly program and placed a warranty that will cover mice only through 5/18/ A voicemail was left on the machine that picked up after calling the number provided If [redacted] has any questions or need further warranty services they can call our office at [redacted]
