Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I appreciate that NW Remedies, with the support of The Revdex.com, was able to recognize the problem and correct it to the customer's satisfactionExplicit policies for all NW Remedy employess to follow when filling phone orders and emails orders to include the prescritption policy and the total, exact dollar amount need to be in place and cleared with the customer prior to filling the order and shippingIf this had been the case with my situation, there would not have been a problem.Sincerely, [redacted]
