able to get this order shipped
We will be sending emails out to all customers with open orders early next week? However, we recommend that you dispute the charges with your credit card or bank and are confident you will receive your funds back through that process? We will not fight or attempt to delay such a refund in any way
Please accept our apologies, it has been a very difficult experience after years in business and we have lost employees making it difficult to communicate and respond to customers during the past several weeks
