Our Company serviced this call on 10/2/(Sunday)Parts not available for the specific valve at the listed property address Home owner refused to pay the $and our company has not collected that money to refund at this pointPer our records, tech Allan called into our office while on site to advise the following: Per Allan, whole valve needs replaceditem will be special orderAllan was unable to do anything during service call due to it being Sunday and parts house not open to order partH/O REFUSED to pay service feeH/O called upset that Allan did not correct his plumbing issue on the spot and refused to pay service fee for apptwhen requested by office CM h/o was using profanities and yelling so phone call was disconnected 10/3/CM The intitials CM are from our Dispatcher along with that date and time stamp We do not do business with customers that use profanities and yell at our dispatchersThere is no money to refundAdditionally, we are sub contracted to do the workThe home owner has the option to request another vendor from his home warranty company or be reasonable and work with us to expedite his repairThe $is due as part of his contractual agreement with his home warranty companyIt's not something we mandate as it's a charge originated from his warranty company we collectThey deem whether a charge is due or not Thank You

Our company did not cause damage to this wash machine physically or otherwiseThe item in question had been leaking for "months" according to customer via phone call We determined the water connections and drain connection at said wash machine were not leaking and customer had appliance issue we don't work onCustomer was notified of this at time of service and signed our invoice acknowledging this fact We work on plumbing items not appliances and as we did not cause physical damage or otherwise acknowledged by customer signature at time of service, this is why we take no responsibility

Our company was sub contracted to facilitate this work order from a 3rd party home warranty coOur company serviced this customer on 8/31/The original call was for a melted relay on the electric furnaceParts were ordered but they were on back order until at least 9/17/from the manufacturerWhen the parts finally arrived we came back to the call on 9/29/(different tech)The parts ordered were incorrectly ordered by the supplier (verified) for the problem and were reorderedThose new parts came in and we went back to the home on 10/10/to install themThe correct parts did not cross over to the old system as part numbers have changed over the yearsThe cost of the parts outweighs the cost of a replacement and the repair we can't guarantee to be a permanent fix we can stand behind and warrantyThe original melted part was caused by a power surge and the customers home warranty co did not cover a new furnace, or board or any additional parts.There is no way to put the furnace back to its original non working condition at this pointWe provided a bid and gave considerable cost savings due to the time of the over all transaction and delays of parts that were not our direct faultIf we could restore the furnace to its original state we would do that as a courtesy but this is not possible at this point Thank You
