NW Tilapia

I am rejecting this response because: In anticipation of a fun growing season with our family, we
were faced with unusual extra charges by NW Tilapia that we could not
understand
We originally responded to an advertisement on Craigslist like this one (attached), and called a sales representative for the Climapod on 4/25/2017. Unfortunately, the item was not available
locally after all, so we were referred to NW Tilapia
When contacting NW Tilapia, the item was still not available
locally unless we were willing to pay extra for home delivery on 5/13/2017. I contacted the delivery person that day, and
he was with a different company and address so we decided to arrange a store
picloser to home
When trying to arrange a store piat NW Tilapia, we
were told of some sort of freigexpense, so we waited five days for stock
to replenish and placed our order on 5/17/
without freigexpense or shipping and handling. This was a wonderful time for us until our
purchase was returned by the Company, and our growing season was changed
Thankfully, the Company’s website has been updated to their
standards, but we still don’t have a greenhouse. Hopefully, the Company can still honor our receipt

Our records show the customer first contacted us on 5112/He requested availabilityon our CLIMAPOD Vittue
Greenhouse x We replied that we showed inventory inour Vancouver, WA facilityAdditionally, we quoted him a price to ship the product tohis home.On 5/15/2017, he emailed us "Please advise me how to buy the [thing] without theshipping charge"We promptly contacted him back and explained that he had the optionto pick it up at our Vancouver, WA facility, which was approximately a hour minutedrive from his home.We received his website order on 5/17/2017, with the order marked "customer pickup",as the shipping fee was not paid.On 5/18/2017, we sent him an email, requesting to know when he would be picking upthe order at the Vancouver, WA facilityHe replied in an email "Hi, I remember whatyou said {about the product location} a couple of days ago, so I was surprised to see it instock and decided to pay you the money for your greenhouseJust let me know whenyou have one for my for nry receipt".We exchanged emails two more times, where the customer was determined to have usmake the product available for pickup at our Silverton, OR facility (without paying anysbipping charges), whlch was closer to his home by hour drive timeAfter severalexchanges, the customer forcefully wrote "I am planning to pick it up at your store{Silverton, OR} according to my receiptJust let me know when you have one".Co11clusion: The customer was unwilling to fulfill the pickup per the pre-arranged terms.We replied him back that we were unable to fulfill the order as he required, and hls orderwould be refunded in entirety.To help prevent thls from happening in the future, we have added the shipping/customerpickup location of the product directly to the terms listed on the products' website page.It now states clearly:**All Greenhouses must ship to a commercial destination which has a forklift or devicefor offloading the Greenhouse from the delivering truck For all greenhouse sales, thefreight quoted during checkout is an estimatePrior to purchasing, call our office for anaccw-ate freight quote and to vertfy product availabilityTo arrange your own shippingor for customer pickups, our warehouse where the greenhouses are shipped from islocated in Vancouver, WA.Sincerely,Jim H***Owner*Please view attached document

Please cancel your return and simply honor the receipt. The attached receipt is for the full retail price without shipping & handling because we chose to pick it up at NW Tilapia.
