Customer called asking if we could find him a set of GM cylinder heads bare casting number that were obsolete & no longer made.We told him that they obsolete & that we did not have any but would try to locate a set so he could finish his project.After locating a set we called the customer, told him that we did find a set, the price & that we needed at least $deposite on the heads as they were nonreturnable & special orderThe customer stated that he wanted them & gave a credit card number to use for the depositeThe customer was informed that the deposite was nonrefundable as this was a special order, specialty itemThis policy is clearing stated on our invoices.When the heads came in, a few days later the customer was called & notified that the heads were in.At this point the customer ordered additional parts for the heads, valves, springs etc& ordered specific machine work done on the headsAs well as a custom ground camshaft for his engine, a 4.3LGM.The customer was quoted on the machine work as well as the partsI had taken pictures of the bare cylinder heads & emailed them to the customer so he could see what they looked likeAt this point we were told to go ahead with the project.As we did machine work he was sent pictures of the work.The valves were back ordered at this time & we did have to wait for them to complete the headsThe customer was aware of this.When the valves came in, customer asked for a total on the heads as well as a copy of what all was doneI emailed a copy of the work order & billing asking where he wanted them shippedAlso if he wanted the heads assembled.After sending him the billing, he would not return my calls or emailsThroughout this project he was quoted on every part & machining processOnce he looked at the bill he would not pay the balance.This is something that was designed for his project & customized to his specifications.We have our money & labor in the heads & they are custom madeThis is not a pair of heads that can be sold to anyone as they are custom.I have copies of emails & pictures that were sent.This customer owes us the balance of the headsThis customer came to us & requested what we did.If there are any other questions or any other emails showing proof of what we are stating please contactus.If you send me your email I will forward all emails concerning this to you, showing all the picturesI am having problems downloading the pictures, but they are very clear on the emails.His entire bill is $& now we are stuck with the heads.Thank-You for your time.Sincerely,Daniel Y
