Our office was closed from September 14- 18th due to a business incentive all expense paid trip to MauiThere is a mail slot on the front of our office building that the customers can put letters in also if there isn't office staff available to personally receive it Once we returned from Maui, we did advise the Independent representative of the cancellation and he went to the customers home and resolved the issue within the allotted time per the retail installment contract

The kirby was picked up on 10/9/and a down payment refund was requested 10/10/and was sent directly from chase bank 10/11/We were unaware that the independent dealer did not return her trade inIt is our policy to return the trade in at the time that the kirby is picked up, therefore I was unaware of that not being done We have returned the trade in and if Ms [redacted] has not received her refund then I will gladly have chase trace the cashier check to see if it has been cashedWe apologize for any inconvenience and also apologize for the poor customer service on the independent contractors part

Mr *** agreed to purchase the kirby and signed a retail installment contractThe contract is clear in respect to the cancellation policyAfter the contract is verfied and cleared they are sent to the finance company at which time are no longer owned by NWDC llc Mr *** called the
offcie and was informed of the process and policyIn respect to the claim of trying the equipment till the first payment was due is just not in any of the education or training by NWDC llcWe will gladly help with any service Mr *** needs at anytime

The consumer expressed dissatisfaction with the way the initial contact was made and believed the person he spoke with didn't mention anything to do with a kirby presentation.
