NWHomes4You

For more than a year now, I have been requesting (leaving voice mails and texting) Dick J w/ NWHomes4You to send me a check for my balance due $2,623.68 according to his 2018 reporting. He managed my 2 properties for years until they were sold in March 2018 and I still have not been reimbursed!

I have also asked my CPA to verify the amount due - see his response below:
"Based on the monthly documents from NWHomes4You, it appears that they owe you $2,623.68."

I think Dick is trying to wait me out. Since I live in Alaska, if I file a small claims case in WA (high travel costs) or enlist a WA attorney (high hourly rates), it would probably cost me the full amount due $2,623.68 and I be left with zero. I hope telling this truth will make Dick finally pay up and warn others of his character.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. By far the WORST property manager. We've had SO many issues it's not even funny. To unsafe living conditions, because of his failure to fix or follow through. As well as SENDING people who are NOT professionals to work on things they have no business touching. To showing up to our house with no notice, and coming into our yard. Moving offices without giving notice at all!!! Find out he up and moved without even calling, or sending out a notice of moving, or simply sending an email. Then later claims he 'sent out an email'. He doesn't follow through with anything. He lies all the time. And you'll catch him in lies very easily, because he always says something different when you bring anything up to him. Mind you he is NOT the owner of ANY of these properties. He's just the property manager.
And GOOD LUCK getting a hold of the guy. He never returns calls, texts, or emails. And he's NEVER in the office. His hours are a complete joke. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Biggest mistake EVER!!!! I wish I had looked up this guy before moving. Extremely unprofessional. Pretends like he doesn't hear you when you're on the phone. Lies, and never follows through.
I really REALLY hope the property OWNERS know how horrible HE IS.

I am renting a house from Dick J and the roof leaks, both of the bathrooms are filled with mold, their is debris that hasn't been removed from the yard as agreed upon and my entire family is very sick due to the mold.
