Congratulations, You are now the official winner of worst customer service on this planet. I have a billing problem, cannot to talk to an acutual human, and then the robot transfer me to billing, I get disconnected. 7 times! Then I called Chris White, got his voicemail. Transferred to his assistant and got voicemail again.. Since I cannot talk to anyone to solve this problem, I solved it myself and called my credit card company and told them to no longer accept charges from the times. I'M DONE!
P.S. Whoever created the new puzzle page should be fired. Its Awful.

Mr *** hasn't used us since feb of Due to this same issueOver a year ago he was bringing these custom shirts that instead of having a button hole through the collar had a loop behind the collar to put the button throughThis loop caused an impression mark to show on the front of the
collar after pressingIn an attempt to please the customer I even went and met with the manufacturer to discuses the problemThere was no solution and apparently Mr *** went to other cleaners to see if he could get better serviceThen he started using us again in January of this yearThe shirt in question was brought in February and this whole problem started againThe Manufacturer and I agree that this shirt can not be commercially pressed and not have a slight impression on the front of the collar due to the thickness of the loop material behind the collar.I left town on Friday afternoon and didn't get his message until Monday morning so yes it was a couple of days before I attempted to get a hold of himI tried to reach him Monday by phone but got no answerI sent an e-mail asking him to come and look at the shirt after I finished cleaning it but got no response.I am more than happy to meet with Mr *** and get this problem resolved. Thanks ***
