This order has been refunded.
The credit card, between clearing and the funds being deposited was not received until the weekend of the 17th of October.
We just searched our spam e-mail folder after reviewing this complaint, and...

did find her e-mail which we were not aware of until this time.
Delivery is customary up to two weeks, as many of our items we sell are direct imports, and this generally takes at least 1-2 weeks. We also utilize shipping hubs from many locations around the world.
We would have informed her of delays if we had received the e-mail.
We will reiterate on our website that shipments of imports may take up to two to three weeks coming from the middle east.
The credit card processor has e-mailed her a confirmation of her refund.
