I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaintNeil *** is a professional at misdirection, denial, and avoidanceThere is a laundry list of things he did without asking and things he didn't do even though he was askedAs for the electrical work, it was his promise that the house would be ready to live in by May, which was an absolute lie, and he was told we would do what ever work was necessary to make the home safe for our childrenTamper resistant outlets were all that were done in his absence that was within his 'scope'His lies and neglect does not give him grounds to complainForeferen, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
