Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I have read through the message provided by Firefly, and it is the first time I have heard of any testing that was done. There was ZERO communication from the company from the time the unit was sent in to after the unit was shipped back to me. In the email I was sent after the first return, they stated that my 'replacement unit' has been sent....I did not receive a replacement unit, just the original. Also, they stated that on 7/15 they received a 'blind return' from me. I was told by [redacted] to send the unit in and that I would receive a full refund. I paid extra for signature confirmation via USPS to ensure that the return would go smoothly. Unfortunately, somehow it was delivered without someone signing for it, tracking became unavailable, and nobody at USPS could find out what had happened to it or where it ended up. It was only when I was returned the original unit that I realized that it was not lost, but unfortunately [redacted] had closed the case by then and would not reopen it for me. 
The device is still sitting here at my desk, not working. I would like either a Brand New replacement unit, or a full refund. Thank you.
