Dear Sir/Madam: I'm filing a complaint again a company called foxy pack aurora co. This company has charged 28.17 against my credit card without my authorization. I'm not able to contact this company directly because I can't find a phone, address, for this company. I've reported a dispute with my credit card company. I'm extremely concerned because they have been charging my credit card for months. I have very good credit and I don't want it jeopardized by a company that has never had my expressed approval to make charges against my credit card.

I have been renting a home from N X Property Management since June of last yearI realized early moving into the home that repairs on the house needed to be done before I even moved inThe grass in the front and backyard even needed to be cut because it was extremely tallI later discovered the house was infested with ratsI complained about the rats for about a month before someone came to treat themI have had multiple complaints for this company but my last problem with them will definitely be my lastA couple days ago, my toilet started to drain into my tubI called and told the receptionist about my problemShe knows nothing about anything when it comes to maintenance She told me to turn off my water and that she would inform someoneWell, it's been two whole days and no one has came to fix my bathroomI haven't been able to wash myself or my childrenThey even tried to charge me to unclog my toilet after I just paid my rentI won't be renting from this company ever again
