Total scam company agreed price rates everything over a number of emails only for them to change the price on the agreement form two different people dealt with so they got away with it. Do not touch with a barge pole total unethical practises !

Complaint: [redacted]I appreciate the acknowledgement and the offer of a refund. That goes a long way to restore my faith in this company. Also, I had requested that the lease is cancelled and that no further charges be taken out of my account. I want to confirm that this will be the case. Because the sales agent used deceptive practices, I believe it would be unfair to hold me to a lease that was entered into this way.Thank you for your time.[redacted]

We received the attached letter that a complaint had been received in reference to our company.  This complaint is actually in regard to our Canadian Entity NXG International Payment Services LTD.  
 
We are extremely sorry to hear of the negative experience this customer...

has received in association with our company.  We pride ourselves on always abiding by our core values of absolute integrity, respect, and excellence, whether we are working with customers, employees, or vendors.  In looking into this customer's details we found that this merchant account was sold and serviced by an individual who works for us as an Independent Sales Agent/Contractor.  We do try our best to ensure we are always engaging with Independent Sales Agents who abide by our core values, and we are very sorry to hear that this individual did not in this instance.  In order to rectify this complaint we are going to refund the merchant their requested amount of $174.72, additionally we will be sure to work with the Independent Sales Agent to ensure they are completely transparent in pricing and lease agreements going forward or potentialy terminate the relationship.
Please advise if anything additional is needed in this matter.

Review: I have had charges for non compliance from Evalon (nxgen: knoxville, tn) starting on 9-2011 through 12-2013 a credit card processing company out of whitefish montana. I called my bank and they said it was credit card fees. The charges totalled $1224.00. I investigate more and found out it was this company. I contacted the sales rep. that I spoke to and he cancelled the business acct. on 12-19-13. Which I did not even know I had and acct. with them. Never had recieved email or mail statements from this company. Was not told from sales rep that I had a contract with them. Never recieved a copy of any contract, never recieved any machines. Had no paperwork stating they were going to take automatic withdrawl from my checking acct. I signed paper work setting this up, but never knew there was a active acct.Desired Settlement: full refund of the money the took out of my acct. without notice.

Response:

The merchant was working with [redacted], and independent sales contractor for NXGEN, to set up a merchant account for credit card processing. The merchant signed signed the agreement on July 4, 2011. The agreement she signed stated in part: "the persons signing this Merchant Application are duly authorized to bind Merchant to all provisions of this Merchant Application and the Agreement" including Elavon's Terms and Conditions. When signing the agreement, the merchant also agreed to let Elavon withdraw fees from the bank account she provided for fees associated with the merchant account. The account was approved on July 25, 2011. The merchant was informed by Elavon via mail at the address provided to us for the owner, 1[redacted] that an account was opened. Elavon did not receive this mailing back as undeliverable.
