We have several work orders open for this problems, so we contact the Property Manager Ana and Paul Community Manager about those issues and after long headaches, I have to them 7-day notices to resolve my problem.

I would like to mention that Paul enter into my unit without any notice or requests and He confesses over the phone which the call was recorded.

After the 7 days just the pest control was made, but not resolved. The pest is still happening, the noise is still happening and the Bath they didn't show up to fix.

Roberto (maintenance ) contact on the last day saying that on the 8 days, they will make my bath and this will take 2 days or more. It's relevant to meant that I couldn't take shower and the notice expired. I contact Paul about this and He told me I didn't have the bath fixed because didn't authorize him to enter the unit, which is not true. I have all the e-mails requesting just date and time.

He is being denied our move out, after all, so I went to the office this weekend to request his license and just has a Broker License for David M Mann, which is a person that I never saw there. I also print the e-mail for the 7 days Notices and request to Joshua sign and Paul doesn't allow him to sign the Notice.

After all unfair situation, Lisa, I contact BH Management this afternoon to find a person responsible for them to kindly help us. I'm sorry, but I can't share my property with spider, cockroach, cricket and some others. I can't live to wake up 5:30 or midnight with my dog's neighbors upstairs running. I can't pay for a property management which don't have any kind of worry to make a Mold inspection to make sure about the bath before just make a caulk.

I was transferring apartments and change of management was happening with NO notification. I was told I had a first floor with yard for same price paid on current Apartment(975). This was on 12/3/17 with no deposits since it is a transfer. It is now 2/7/18 and have been told need deposits for transfer, price would not be what I am paying now, and that date was 2/12/18 to move.

I had paperwork, emails, and so forth I gave to new Management and still nothing done. Only more deposits needed, told would get email, and no one responds. I explained this to 6 different people in management and all stood dumbfounded with no help or promises of emails never received.

Management told me they had no record of this, went to office on daily basis and told we will email you when we get paperwork and nothing done. 5 days before moving with no lease, no help, and management with no idea of what they are doing, I stayed in same apartment to have a place to live.

Now 4 days before move I finally have a lease signed, still trying to charge me late fee ( which was paid and funds not transferred from management), and nothing done for constant headache from property. Had to resubmit renters insurance 3 times from back and forth. Overcharged for deposits on apartments. Management did nothing to help with there mistakes, only we need money response.
