Several calls have been made trying to reach Ms. [redacted] to accomplish this end.  Messages have been left with each call and she was e-mailed by our production manager the day she filed the complaint.  It was our desire and intent to speak with her personally to resolve this matter.  The customer restricted work schedule by only allowing us on weekends.  Deadline was missed for Thanksgiving, due to customer not approving the cabinet trim pieces which came with cabinetry, stating it was the wrong color.  It was explained that with wood cabinets, coloration can vary slightly and that the correct color was ordered.  We ordered new trim for her.  New trim came in mid-December.  Again, trim color was not to customer satisfaction.  New Trim was ordered a third time to satisfy the customer.  At that point the customer stopped responding and giving NXS the chance to finish installation and resolve the situation.  Multiple attempts were made to contact customer through phone calls and e-mail.  The last conversation with customer was made on 2/26/16 by our head designer.  Ms. [redacted] said she would call to schedule us to come and resolve when she had time.  She stated she was too busy right now.   We made several more attempts to reach her over the next several days to secure a date and time.  NXS is more than willing to comply with one of her suggested resolutions, but has been unable to make or discuss any offer. I would like to take time to express how happy we are/were with NXS Interior. First I must state across the board our experience from the beginning(initial free quote) was professional with a personal feel. We had several quotes from other similar companies and choice NXS. It would be too long of a review if I stated ALL the positives in why we choice NXS but, I will state a few. The gentle men that came for the assessment where so engaging they took time to find out our vision for our bathroom and implemented there ideas and knowledge to provide a spectacular vision of how our bathroom could be. they were prompt with a visual/panoramic web sight that showed us the final results. This program provided us such detailed insight from the color of the walls, granite and tile we choice. the show room had a large variety of materials/designs to choose from. The actual construction went smoothly. Even though there were some issues(more tile to be ordered and some of the items received didn't provide complete order) NXS were on it in a timely manner. the call center was ALWAYS available when I called. If I left any messages they were quick too call back. The construction team provided professional and efficient work. I can go on and on with many more positive results but, will conclude with when you choose NXS Interiors for any kind of service you will be so happy with the experience and results you will want to use this company for any other projects in the future too! That's what we are planning to do! I recommend NXS highly! Thank you for this opportunity to voice my experience, view and NXS for such a gorgeous bathroom/service!

I recently had NXS do my kitchen remodel. I wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal and had several bids on the project, and NXS beat the next closest bid by over $3k. Not only that but I was blown away by their sales process. Stephanie put together a terrific design and she and her partner Patrick were very efficient and a great team. The 3D rendering they gave me was incredible!!!! I literally felt like I was on HGTV. Except for the fact that I spent almost $25k, it was a very fun experience!

I expected there to be issues as I have had remodeling work done in the past. The issues I experienced were very small and communication was excellent as they took care of it right away. They completed the job almost a week faster than the estimated three weeks I was given when I was sold. I felt very comforted in the fact that NXS has a store front and everyone there seems like family.

The workmanship was terrific! One of their installers was a little hard to understand but he did an amazing job both with the workmanship and cleaning up. I love the finished product!! I had my house appraised after the work and was pleased to see that I made money on the house AND have a beautiful kitchen!!

I was very impressed with their communication and ability to see the job through. I am one happy customer!

They are the worst to deal with. There ere so many mistakes from ordering the wrong color bathtub to wrong tile and not enough of it. Hardly ever returning phone calls.There was a problem with the niches the shower door was not lined up right. Had to take down tile and re do it. Using different colored grout.The back splash was right.The shower head had hammering sound. Kept saying pressure that had something to do with it,but a valve was involved and said it wasn't. Then they came to remedy the hammering but wouldn't do it. Nfs said contract done. How could it be if noise still there. They wanted payment right then or wouldn't help us. NXS would put a lien on our house. Never said we wouldn't pay them just wanted the job done. Not to mention the mess of having plastic liner on our carpet for 6 weeks. A total nightmare.. Be smart and don't use NXS!!!!

Review: On September 11,2015 I entered into a contract for NXS to build a wall unit for me for 5K and I gave them a check $4800.00. The project was to be completed before Thanksgiving of 2015. I signed the contract then they called and said that the product I had agreed to was not available and that they would have to order an equal product other then what I saw in show room. I was promised this would be done by Thanksgiving. The first worker showed up 4 hours late and built the wrong design. He had to call and get instructions on what to do, he did not finish painting and gouged hole in my floor and cabinets did not meet as they should have and did not have enough material to finish. The second try put the wrong color trim on and did not have enough trim of any color to finish the job. They could only put putty in between not flush cabinets that separated in days. They had a job Forman come out and look at the work and I was promised they would fix all of this and it would be done by Christmas which I told them at the time I was having company from out of town in for. The next group that was to finish project did not come till right before Christmas and still did not have the right color trim and dropped off the cornice material (which had been done incorrectly and never fixed) but said they did not have the right saw to finish still no trim that matched. They also told me I would have to accept trim that did not match because they would not stain it to match. The project is still not finished and the company never returned my last call. I have a box product still in my dining room unopened because they did not come back. The product is something I could get from IKEA for a faction of the price, the workmanship is shoddy (molding they did put on does not meet in corners), and the shelves came scratched. I had to continually call the company to tell them the work was not finished and I was promised by thanksgiving and then Christmas and the project is still not finished.Desired Settlement: Since the company did not meet either of the deadlines they promised to meet and ran an add at Christmas time offering $750.00 of an order of 5K they can come and finish the work that they started for the amount they have already received or they can come and take it all out with no restocking fee and refund all of my money. If not they can refund me $750.00 of what I have paid so I can have the job completed by a competent company.

I would like to recommend NXS remodeling to anyone wanting to improve their home or business. These people are incredible. They have the computers, staff and tools to get the job done. They will professionally design what ever improvement you want. I just spend $20,000 on outside Pergola, Porches and Paint and my house is beautiful.

Review: On February 10, 2015, a contractor representing NXS Remodeling (ROC#[redacted]) installed granite counter tops, sinks and faucets. Within the first week after the installation a crack in the master bath splash behind the sinks was discover. Upon notifying, during a personal visit, I was assured it would be taken care of. After waiting over a week I emailed the management asking for the status of the repair. Eventually I had a response and a date/time was set for the fabricator to come by. He came and attempted using glue and patch which didn’t seem to accomplish anything. He left stating that after it sets up I check it out and let them know if it helped and if need be he’d bring a replacement. I notified him stating the patch did not work and he stated he would look for a matching color.

Nothing happened for a while and due to personal business my focus was elsewhere. Late June I notified NXS again stating that the fabricator had not come back nor contacted me.

Shortly after an appointment was made for the first week of July. The fabricator came with a replacement splash that was too short and a different shade. His assistant removed the matching splash on the side while the fabricator was working on the splash section that was too short. He asked if he could take the side splash, which is short, to ensure he could match the color stating he thought he had it and would return that day or that week. To date I have not heard from the fabricator.

During the first week of August (8/6?), I made a personal visit to the NXS showroom and office. I spoke with the Operations Manager about my problem and gave him a picture of part of the area showing the missing piece of granite splash. In a low and curious tone I explained how I’d spent near $10,000 in improvements with NXS and how I felt my problem deserved a higher priority at this point. He agreed and stated he would look into it and follow with me the next week. I have not heard from him since.

NXS did not refuse to fix the problem they just don’t and ignore my requests to.Desired Settlement: Just make it look like it's suppose to look. Please send a different fabricator. I've had it with [redacted]!! Can we get this dealt with on a lower level?! I really don't want to take it any higher but know how if we must. Just want it done and done right like the rest of the job you did. It's totally up to you guys how far this goes but I'm done waiting.
