William Douglas Management Company is the WORST company to deal with for homeownersYou can hardly get anyone to answer your phone call during office hoursA friend of mine once went there just to drop off a payment and was told he had to come back after lunchThe homeowners website is horrible! It looks nice but are minimal options to work with for this day in age! The staff are rude and arrogant as well as condescendingI think there should be an investigation done between my community "manager" and the property management their at WDMThe rates are unbeliveableHow could monthly rates be over $for an year old property, when I have work orders over years old that have not been startedThe budget is the excuss for a half a can of paint for two pillars in the front of my propertyI know I will have a difficuly earning a profit on sales dealing with my association and WDMNevertheless, before I continue to suffer and make the deal between the two of them prosper I will sale and take a lossxxxxx DOES NOT DESERVE AN $SUM A MONTH for what they have to offer and it is highway robbery and William Douglas Management is awareOnce I had roof damaged and after reporting it to WDM, they had someone alledgedly take pictures and repair it from THEIR COMPANY and turned in the claim to the insureance company, and would not let be see the before and after photos , odd! FYI Take a look, there is BETTER PROPERTY TO INVEST IN ! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! RUN IF YOU SEE ANY THING WITH WILLIAM DOUGLAS MANAGEMENT ON IT
