the merchandise delivered was a queen size frame, a mattress, and a 5 drawer chest. all merchandise delivered was light weight and is easily handled by our delivery personnel which is a team of 3 experienced men. It is not possible for our personnel to scratch the floor not along a 12 foot scratch.The first thing Terry demanded to rectify the situation was a payment in the form of cash, another red flag. being in this industry for a total of 27 years, I can assure you that this claim is false, hence the (12 foot scratch).

This company states the purchaser was not at home during delivery, this is false. Jose Batista is the purchaser and signed the receipt. His wife Michelle let the delivery person inside.  There were 2 individuals which carried the items to the top of the steps outside the apartment entry on the second floor, NOT 3 as the company has falsely stated.  Only one individual remained inside to drag the items down the hallway to the bedroom.  That same lone individual assembled the furniture, no other person assisted him during the assembly.  I helped him place the bed frame in it's place after assembly and lift the mattress onto the bed frame. Not another delivery person.When I reported this damage to the delivery person he shrugged his shoulders and muttered something under his breath.  I immediately contacted Billy to inquire how to proceed on getting my floor repaired.  Billy said I was lying and to contact an attorney.  At no time did I ask for payment in the form of cash, I wanted this company to repair the damage incurred by the delivery person.
