I would like full reimbursement of $18,500, which is the amount I paid through financing ( [redacted] ***)I am requesting this amount because I have attempted to contact, Frank, the contractor, several times via phone and e-mailI merely wanted him to assign competent and professional workers to execute, fix, and complete the work that was startedIt has been one full month since anyone from NY Cabinet Factory has come to my home or called regarding the job that was already paid for in fullToday makes it ten weeks since the work startedI had no other recourse but to hire a carpenter to undo the damages that were done, and complete what should have been doneThe pain and suffering as well as the inconvenience of not having a kitchen for six weeks coupled with the expense of eating out is more than words can expressThis gentleman is sorely lacking in work ethic and apparently could care less about the debacle that was executed by the subcontractorAdditionally, I had to hire a licensed electrician to undo the poor job that was doneHe (the electrician) has to purchase electrical equipment and install and more than likely do some rewireing since the equipment that was installed is faultyI am also missing a glass cabinet door that I paid an extra $forI sent an e-mail to Frank asking where might I pick up the door as well as e contact number of the manufacturer; to date, there has been no responseIn addition, my wood floor and front door are damaged (scraped) as a result of the cabinets being transported into my homeI sent an e-mail to Frank regarding this matter as well as left phone messages...On the one occasion that I was able to speak with him in early April, he claimed that it would be taken care of...To date, tit remains the sameFor the aforementioned reasons, and so many others, I feel that I am due a full refund!!!
