I went to the for an emergency visit and they said my insurance would not cover it because I was recently at my regular dentist. I was in pain and needed a tooth pulled that my dentist would not pull. New York Dental charged me $65 for the visit. Later I saw they submitted this visit to my insurance and my insurance did pay them. I have been trying to get a refund since February. They tell me there is a credit on my account and keep telling me they will mail me a check. I still have not received anything.

Had several posts put in for a fixed denture to be put in mouth. Moved out of state when healing time came I went to see new dentist to finish and was informed the previous work is unusable. Which is a loss in my pocket of over 7000 dollars. New doctor needs to call other dentist to see what he was thinking because as use to him there unusable new ones are needed and its 40,000. I was at the point where I had paid everything off but new teeth 18,000. Now I have to start all over again one is even to close to the bone!!!

I am writing in reference to *** complaint that he would like a refund for the Implant procedures done in the office. Mr. was in the office on December 13, 2018 and had 2 implants on tooth number #13 and #14 performed. He came back in the office on Jan 8, 2019 for post-op and was scheduled to have the Upper lnterm denture. On June 6, 2019, Mr. had 3 upper implants done tooth #6, #8, #11 and 2 bottom implants done on teeth #29 & #20 for his existing lower denture. Mr. didn't have implants done on tooth #27 and #22 by Dr. Pannu. Mr. was scheduled on August 6, 2019 for a consultation for fixed upper and lower dentures. Dr. Pannu advised Welsey that since the Implant site is healing well, he can finish the procedure before he moves out of area. Both Mr. and his wife refused to proceed with the treatment. I have included the Implant surgery consent form, which Wesley has signed and it clearly explains the treatment, ongoing care and risks. I have included the release of records form, Implant information that list the make and model of the components used. The protocol is once the patient visits a new dentist and decides to continue the treatment, he can sign a release form with the new office and the dentist can call to discuss with Dr. Pannu. I haven't received any phone call from the new dentist that Welsey has seen or decided to continue the treatment.

I was to have a crown installed in May of 2019 at New York Dental on Vestal Pkwy located in Vestal NY. The doctor taking care of me is Dr. Padua. A post as well as a temporary crown were put in. I was charged $2160.00. I have had 3 temporary crowns put in due to it falling out or breaking. The last time the temporary fell out, I was told that they were not going to replace it because, I would be getting my permanent soon. This was in mid August. It has been almost six months since the the process was starting. I have been without a tooth for 2 months. I was scheduled to have my permanent crown in September 2019. At this point I paid $1600.00. I had an appointment on 9/30/19. When I got to the office, I was told that me crown had not yet come in. I was scheduled to come back on 10/7/2019. I received a phone call this morning 10/4/19 cancelling the appointment because the crown still had not arrived. I have been patient until this point. I now feel that I am being given the runaround. I have invested $3760.00 and have no tooth. I am hoping that the Revdex.com can be of some help. Thank you, *** Zemgulis

I am writing in response to service complaint by ***. *** was scheduled on May 8, 2019 to have an Implant procedure followed by a Provisional Crown. *** was informed this is a temporary Crown while she waits for healing process to occur at the Implant site. that process in which the functional and structural connection occurs between bone that is living and The thesurface of the implant. The bone essentially fuses directly to the implant to prove enough stability to support a tooth. *** was in the office on May 15 and June 11 as the temporary crown fell off. She scheduled for August 6, 2019 for 2 hours to prep the Implant site, have an anchorage was and Impressions. *** called 30 mins before her scheduled time to cancel the appointment placed as it is not gonna work for her and rescheduled to September 9th, 2019.She was scheduled to come for Oct 4, 2019 and Oct 11, 2019 which she failed to come. I have*** on Oct 14 and explained to her that her Crown has been fabricated and she needs to calledhave it placed. It usually takes 3 weeks but the delay was due to the Laboratory Technicianand away financial will on get cost. family back *** to leave. me. New York Dental has been failing to provide my dental records for more than a month now. The first request had been sent to New York Dental on January 8th, 2018. Repetitive calls had been made by my new doctor's office since then. New York Dental sent a few photos on February 8th, which were not helpful. I personally went to the office on February 8th, asking for all digital files, all records of my visits and detailed information on products used for implant/root canals procedures to be sent to my new doctor immediately. Manager claimed that they haven't received the fax, and that doctor needs to "give his authorization to release MY records".
A week later, my records still have not been sent to my new doctor.

This letter is in response to the complaint letter with the ID.We have assembled all the information for the patient. The patient's information was in storage due to the patient not being here since 2010. We were using paper files back then. The person responsible for gathering the information prior to this letter is no longer with our office. Several attempts have been made to contact the patient's current dentist with no results. We have sent the information to the dentist office by certified mail. We apologize for any inconvenience that it may have caused. Sincerely, Tamar M New York Dental
