Review: On October *, 2014, we paid a $500.00 cash deposit to hire NY Digital Memories for our wedding dated November **, 2014. NY Digital Memories never showed up at our wedding; we called them on our wedding day to find out why they were not there and they never returned our call. After we returned from our honeymoon, we left about 6 messages and they still never returned our call. Finally, in January 2015 we heard from the wife of the company who stated she was very sorry for the oversight and our $500.00 cash deposit would be refunded as soon as possible. As of today, we are still unable to reach someone at NY Digital Memories and we still have not received our $500.00 refund for services we never received.Desired Settlement: Because NY Digital Memories did not provide the promised service we would like to be refunded our $500.00 cash deposit.

Review: My wife and I selected NY Digital Memories for their photo booth services at our wedding. Our package included a guest book where guests could paste their photos from the booth and sign a message, a DVD of all of the photos taken from that evening, and a DVD of video messages. It has been 5 months since our wedding and, aside from the fact that the guestbook arrived much later than anticipated, we still have yet to the receive the latter two items. This business does not communicate. The owner, Robert, appears to be non-existent.

After weeks of unanswered and unreturned phone calls and voicemails, I visited their office on three occasions in [redacted]. The office door was either open or unlocked, the place was a mess, and no one was there. I allowed more time to pass. In the beginning of December, I e-mailed Robert, stating my displeasure with the lack of communication and a request to send out our remaining materials. To my utter surprise, Robert apologetically replied within a day, and after confirming my home address with him, expected a package at some point within the next week or so.

It is now well over a month since that exchange of e-mails and we have received nothing. Twice more I e-mailed Robert for a status update on our materials, and received no reply. Again, multiple phone calls were not returned. I e-mailed him several days ago stating my frustration with his lack of professionalism and communication, and asked him to call me to deal with this matter, and I still have heard nothing from him. The aggravation, lack of professionalism, and lack of communication has ruined this experience with this vendor.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive the outstanding materials stated on our contract, some acknowledgement by NY Digital Memories that they have neglected these services, and are requesting at least a partial refund for services rendered due to their complete lack of professionalism and communication.
