I clearly told him that the NY and CT departments told me we only needed pne card per state but he told me we needed two per statethis is falsehe did this on purpose to make more moneypure and simple

The customer did told us the fingerprint going to send to two place, we did not tell him must do two set per State, but we told him in our office we always do two set fingerprint (2 card) for each person for each place they are going to use, to ensure if one card's printed not go through the scan so have second card for back up because that is manual ink-and-roll fingerprints not electronic fingerprints so we suggested him to do 2 set for each place, not telling him must to do 2 sets, we explained him the reason, and he agreed with it and did the fingerprint and he paid us for the 2 sets. The customer called us for money refund on the second day said we lied to him, but we explained to him over the phone we didn't lie to him to make more money, we gave him suggestion and explained to him on the day he came to do the fingerprint and he agreed to do 2 set fingerprints. So sorry we cannot give the money refund.

The customer came to my office and asked for fingerprint, insure the customer come to my office get thing done properly so we will ask them what they need and where to be use. He told us he need fingerprint and will send to two places, so we told him the price of 1 set of fingerprint (2 fingerprint...

cards), we told and explained to him we do ink-and-roll fingerprints manually onto a fingerprint card not the electronic scanner so we always do 1 set of fingerprint (2 cards) for each person to be use in each place, if he is going to send to two states, for safe reason so we was suggesting and explained to him to do 2 set fingepring (4 cards) in case the fingerprint card and check get reject and return if one card doen't read, so will have second card to backup. And he agreed so we did 2 set fingeprint (4 cards) for him. We are clearly to explain and tell him before we did the service for him, so we didn't lie to him, and we didn't lie t o any of our customer for taking advantage of them.
