I spoke to Ehab last week Thursday on September **I asked him if he received the paper from the Revdex.com that
needed to be completed and sent back so they can be informed as to what is going on as far as progress being made to repairing my furniture and bedframehis response was "I did receive it but I don't have to or need to contact anyone or fill out a stupid paper because I am talking to youSo what is the point in that?'' Also, I am still waiting on a response from them regarding the allegation of me forging my warrantyThey said that my warranty does not stay years on the receipt and I wrote that in myselfI attached images below to make it more clear as to what I am writing about.
