At this time, I have been contacted directly by NY Kitchen Reface regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: 10pt;">The owner contacted us to say the door would be mailed but after one week and no door or tracking information, we called to complain again The owner then said we could travel to him in Staten Island to pick up the door To reiterate, this contractor has been fully paid for the cabinetry and has failed at every juncture to offer any explanation or make good on the deliveryWe have already paid for the product and its delivery We fully expect the company to deliver the door as per our contract Sincerely, [redacted] ***
