Review: Provider took my deposit of $3500 on 1/**/13 for hair transplant. I was later advised by my health care provider ([redacted]) that do to my condition of [redacted] I could not do the hair transplant surgery; I was advised against the surgery. I requested a refund approximately one month later based on the advise of my doctor. I have repeatedly gone into the office to get my money back and have been turned away.Desired Settlement: Would like a full refund of $3500.

Review: On March ** 2013 I was scheduled to do cosmetic surgery which involves a tummy tuck, lipo and a fat transfer. I paid $10,000 to get this procedure done but did not receive any proper treatment. The Dr and his staff kept telling me everday for a week that the Dr was back up with patients and my procedure can not be done at this time and they would call me to come in for the procedure once he had the time. They never called so I finally went up to the office only to wait in is office waiting area till the next day until I got tired of waiting and demanded a refund (yes I spent the night in his waiting area on the couch). It has been a week and still I have not received my refund. Please help me! I dont know what else to do or who else to turn to. I no longer want their services I just want my money back!Desired Settlement: I paid $10,000 for my procedure therfore I would like the full amount of $10,000 back!
