NY Master Barbers

Review: I visited this place for a haircut and the barber who gave me haircut didn't sanitize any of the electric trimmers he used with any disinfection spray. He didn't even sanitize of the blades he used. I was so nervous when he start using the blade and when I asked he said barber knows everything what is wrong and what is right. Haircut was $15 so I gave him $50 dollars and requested my change. He gave me $30 dollars and I didn't pay attention as to how much change he gave me back, upon checking my change I asked him why he gave me $30, he said "you have to pay tip". I requested my change and he start saying that I'm cheap because I'm from [redacted] Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money back for the haircut and request them to clean and sanitize their haircutting tools everytime they have new customer.
