NY Metro Roofing & Waterproofing

Review: We paid to have one roof replaced and one repaired and were given a 10+ year warranty. it has been less than 1 year and we have had leaks in both roofs numerous times which have been repaired or at least we think are being repaired from what the contractor states. We now have yet another leak in a doctors office and we are unable to reach them by phone or email. we have made at least 6 attempts to do so without a reply. additionally, when I call the number listed, it does not state it is a business, does not state the persons name, just goes directly into voicemail. As a result we don't know if this company is even in business.

we now have to be concerned about ceiling tiles coming down on patients as a result of these new leaks.Desired Settlement: I would like the contractor ([redacted]) of NY metro roofing to contact me and moreover make the needed repairs. thank you
