First let me apologize for the inconvenience. We spoke to [redacted] to inquire what had happened, and he told us everything was in order when he left your property. We cleaned your home and never washed or moved anything on your deck. The lead tech assigned to your home has been with us for over 23...

years and was adamant about nothing being broken. There was a large tree over hanging the deck so it’s possible a branch may have fallen on it. Either way, we take pride in our customer service and agreed to cover the broken glass bar top and we also offered to clean the glass. However, you refused to let us help you clean the glass and told us you would take care of that. We've won the "Super service award" from [redacted] in 2015 and 2016 and take our customer service very Seriously. We wouldn't have been in business for the last 30 years without maintaining an impeccable customer service record. You spoke to me and I informed you that I would take care of the damages. A few days later, you provided us with an invoice from [redacted] for $197.79 to replace the entire bar. During the conversation you had with us, whether it was over the phone or through email, you never once complained about the quality of work that was done. You only expressed two concerns to us, and that was the damaged item, and the other was to see if you would be charged for the services we provided to you. Those questions were addressed by myself when we had spoken over the phone, and I informed you that if the glass replacement cost more than what the bill of the service we provided to you was, we would pay the difference.  In conclusion, I would again like to apologize for the inconvenience and remind you that we did not back out on our agreement. The house wash was $195, and the new bar (even though it was only the glass top that was broken) was $197.50, a difference of $2.79, and we will happily re-imburse you the difference. Your request for a free house wash and to be re-imburse you $500 for a piece of furniture that cost $197.50 is a bit excessive, even if you add gas expenses for the disposal of the broken furniture.   Sincerely Richard B[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: He is very unprofessional, and the nerve of them to not accept responsibility for what happened. Your worker is supposed to say that he didn't do anything on the site, he is afraid that he will lose his job. With a person like you being the owner I can see why he feels that it is okay to lie. You told me that it could have been his helper. You need to teach your workers to respect peoples property. I made a purchase of a table and 5 chairs and a bar set with two chairs as a matching set, now thanks to your carelessness my set does not match. I reached out to you on and occasion or two to let you know that it cost 450.00 to 500.00 dollars to replace the glass in the bar and I let you know that I did not want to repair at that price because you had been so nice that I would replace rather than repair. Not one time did you say I am going to deduct the service from the price of the bar. If you had told me that believe me I would not have taken the least expensive way out. I wish now that I would have gone for the higher price to repair, at least I would still have my matching set. YOU AND YOUR COMPANY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!  They returned to the job site and took pictures as I did when I arrived home. There were no signs of any branch/ tree parts on the deck and no signs of any damages from tree of the tabletop. It was convenient for them to say. I did not inspect the house after I came home and found my property damaged. I have voicemails that he agreed to take care of the damages. He never mentioned anything about taking any cost for the services after I told him that I had stopped payment. I guess you can afford to be in business when you keep changing your business name that shows me that your are hiding something.  This will be resolved one way or the other. I would like to know how you would feel if you had a service provided at your home and the company left without letting you know that they damaged your property.
