spa package, and not just a pedicure. The package included a pedicure, manicure, exfoliation, callus removal, hyrdro mask, 10 minute foot massage, and a 35 minute back massage. We did not overcharge the customer and the customer left a generous tip. Therefore, this complaint came as a surprise.

Review: This business pulled the bait and switch with my wife. My wife went in for a $35 pedicure and was charged $102. We are from New York so are kinda aware of how horrible these places are, so my wife was sure she had them agree on price and work before they started. It didn't matter, the women that help my wife barely spoke to her, instead spoke to her disrespectful and rude co-workers. Whenever my wife would try and ask a question or say no, the only response from the women was "ok, ok". When told the price at the end my wife began to question what was going on and in no time they began shouting in a different language so my wife had no idea what they where talking about. You could tell this was the plan to just make it so difficult to get answers that you just let it go. This is something they do a lot based on the reviews that I have now seen online. This business needs a good scare it's being run with horrible people that cheat and steal and are very unethical.Desired Settlement: I put in a dispute with my bank to charge back a portion of the charge. If my bank denies the request I would like a full refund of $102 dollars. If my bank upholds my appeal than I would like the $35 dollars fully refunded back for all the time and effort needed to get this resolved. Also I would like an apology sent to my wife, she was there for work and relaxation and this little problem bothered her the whole time she was there. This business needs to know that this is not the way to act.
