hi.  i contacted the customer filed complaint against me, to address their concer they appreciated and we agreed to fix.but before the time to go their came the lady text me please dont come  as  they are already in dispute with another contractor before me and their case is in the...

court according to them.so kindly remove this complaint against me a I have done a great gob their by spending around $6500 from my pocket.when we were working everyday  my guys had to leave around 3 pm and we had to enterd around 9 am so I lost much of my money as our labour is on daily wages not hourly. during work I was promised to compensate for this time lost,which they flately refused when the job was done  thanks

Review: Syed Asad H[redacted], the president of NY-NY Constructing Corp., was hired by my wife and me to renovate our backyard. The renovations were to include the installation of a fence, pavers, removal of tree stumps and rubbish, building of a retaining wall, and other related tasks. Mr. H[redacted] informed us that the job would take three weeks. We hired him in April. It is now July [redacted], and the job still has not been completed. Not only that, his worker said that the fence cannot be installed, because of the rocks and stumps that were covered over by the pavers. We already paid for the fence. The fence was also intended to provide privacy from our neighbors on one side, and protect us from an 11 foot drop on the other side. Protection from this 11 foot drop is especially important, because we have a two year old daughter that we would like to be able to play in the backyard. Mr. H[redacted] also left a lot of rubbish behind the retaining wall. He also left town and has been incommunicado for the past two weeks. Our entire summer's worth of effectively using our backyard is being wasted by Mr. H[redacted]'s inability to stick to the agreed upon schedule and refusal to complete the agreed upon renovations. His HIS # is [redacted] and his HIC # is [redacted].Desired Settlement: We want Mr. H[redacted] to finish the agreed upon job in a satisfactory manner, or reimburse us so that we can hire someone else to complete the job.
