Terrible cleaning and maintenance of their properties and terrible customer serviceWe arrived this Memorial Day weekend (Friday) for a day stay at their Fox Den property Upon opening the sofa bed we found mouse droppings and food We also found the same in the kitchen trash can and upstairs bed We contacted DCLC that evening and they had no other properties to move us They also offered to clean at 8:that evening while our kids were in bed Not good enoughWe left the property immediately that evening Their initial response: "Its to find mice and such in the country" My response : "So when I check in to a NYC hotel I should also expect rats in my room?" This is their low standardThey eventually nickeled and dimed us by only refunding days of the day trip even though after total disgust we left that evening and it totally ruined our Memorial Day weekend and had to drive hours back home that night We are disputing the remaining charge with our credit card company
