I scheduled and prepaid for a car to take me from the Manhattan cruise port to La Guardia airport After waiting past my pitime, I called them times - each time they said they were minutes away They never showed up!! All this time I was standing on the street corner waiting for them I then called again and told them I had to take a taxi because I was going to miss my flight He said I could do whatever I wanted but they would NOT give me a refund Very rude man! After arguing with him for several minutes he finally said he would give me a refund and to just take care of it myself I ended up taking a taxi Their advertisement says they are “reliable, courteous, prompt and affordable” I would recommend NEVER use this car service You will be left stranded

Review: On the date of December [redacted] 2013 I called NY Limousine Service and asked if they would take me from LGA to JFK so I could get to my connecting flight On December [redacted] 2013. They told me it would not be a problem and the service would cost $57.26, and they insisted on taking my credit card number in advance, ensuring me they would not charge my card until the services were provided on December [redacted]. When I arrived at LGA I called the number they gave me (###-###-####) numerous times, but the line was either busy or no one would answer. With no time left to continue and hope for the best, I was forced to take a standby taxi to JFA so I would not miss my flight to New Delhi India. When I arrived at India and checked my bank statement, and I noticed there was a charge for $56.26 for the service I did not receive and immediately cancelled my credit card thereafter. However, upon arriving back to Canada I called NY Limousine Service in hopes to resolve the issue and obtain my refund, however they refuse to talk in a civilized manner and essentially told me "It is not our problem." Frustrated that I was not only charged money for a service I did not receive, but their lack of customer service experience is truly horrendous and makes it utterly impossible to resolve any issue. Although there is a dispute going on through my bank, the Revdex.com is my last attempt and hope of retaining my money. Thank you in advance for your help and service.Desired Settlement: I would just like my $57.26 refunded as I was charged for a service I did not receive.

[redacted] booked a service and selected to be met outside the terminal to avoid paying the parking fee associated with Meet&Greet Service.We booked his service as he requested and made it clear to him that he must call us as soon as he collects his luggage if he has any.He agreed to call our toll free number when he is ready for pick up.Our driver was dispatched to the airport 30 minutes prior [redacted] arrival .This last never made the call, our staff and our driver tried to reach him multiple times to find out if he was ready but he never answered our calls.The next day we received his call complaining about his credit card was charged and he did not receive a service.He was told by our staff that our policy is very clear , if you book with us and do not show, we would charge you for the ride .He claimed he did call and we did not answer his call.We did challenge him to produce a copy of his mobile phone that shows our phone number on that d ate and time but he declined.We do believe that [redacted] took another ride and ignore our phone calls assuming we would not charge his credit card.He guessed wrong.

Since the amount was not that much to argue about , we decided to refund him his money knowing that he would never book a limo service and not show , we do believe he learned the hard way.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. Although I confirm that I have received the refund from NY

Limousine, I would like to clarify that

the company did not issue me the refund under their own free will. In contrast,

my bank statement displays the amount was refunded based on the settlement

dispute resolved through the Revdex.com and Scotiabank. If they were truly interested

in providing superior and excellent customer service, without having me go

through the hassle under two separate agencies, they would have done so. As

well, the tone in their response not only degrades their customers, but clearly

demonstrates their inability to govern a legitimate business. Regardless of the

incompetence I experienced through such an inferior and disgusting service, I

would like to thank NY Limousine for refunding me my money. I now consider this

dispute resolved and would also like to express my gratitude towards the RevDex.com of New York for helping in this matter. As a side note, I

consent for our conversation/dispute to be published under the condition that

the words "[redacted]" be removed from context.
