directly by NY Public Towing and Collision Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my compliant has NOT been resolved because:
[Your Answer Here]The business contacted me less than 2 weeks ago, called my phone numerous times and when I finally picked up, it was  [redacted] and he said they will "get me on the streets". I am very scared as to what these people are capable of . They are threatening me and as you can see still want to bully me. This is not fair. Something needs to get done because this is the same exact thing they are doing to other innocent people. Only last week, I spot them at another accident scene while passing by, and they were there before the cops. Dont you wonder how they got there before the cops?

Review: TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: The day of the accident, 4/**, at the scene they were two guys ([redacted] and another short guy) hanging around the accident and then came up and said they are a body shop and they will do a great job etc., everything that they could've possible said, they did.We drove my car to the shop, and they went over the process and I asked [redacted] is the [redacted]) how he found us and he showed us a cop radio that picked up the accident... we should've known this was fishy from the beginning. [redacted] said they will waive the $500 deductible fee since we will take them on to do the job. The adjuster went to see the car 4/**, and gave the check to the shop: $8,327.55. As days were going by, we were not hearing from the shop after weeks, we kept calling, and no answer, if we got an answer, they would talk back rude and said we will call when its done etc., but spoke very rude and unprofessional. We ([redacted] & my wife [redacted]) started to call [redacted] on 5/**, because now it has been a month, asking them to call the shop to check on the car... the shop told them it will be done Friday 5/**, we called the shop Fri, they said it is not done, call back on Monday.Monday came, we called, and [redacted] spoke rude and said the car will be ready Tue 5/** but if we want the car back we have to pay $200 because we called [redacted] to call them. We wanted the car back, so we didnt mind the $200, but we felt like they were trying to keep the car hostage only because we called [redacted] to check on OUR car. Ridiculous. We got there, looked at the car and the 1st thing we saw was 2 scratches, (chips), [redacted] said the car came in that way, but it didnt (See attached pictures before and after). Because we found issues that wasnt there before, [redacted] went into the car, grabbed the keys and said this is my car, and squeezed my wifes arm on the door until she moved it so he can close it. My wife told him this is not his car, this is our car, and he grabbed the keys and then said he will call his wife to beat my wife up and then said do you know where I am from, I am from [redacted] etc., he was very aggressive. From then on, we got the feelings that because we called [redacted] to call them, which was the right thing to do, they felt some type of way and because they are from [redacted] they feel they have the right to abuse us. When [redacted] said he will call his wife and had grabbed the keys, my wife saw a cop car passing by, stopped them and ask if they can help. [redacted] then said, because we got the cops there, in front of the cops, we now have to pay $500 if we want back the car with the damages as it is. We paid the money but that was not the original verbal agreement. And the cops did not want to make a report. I asked [redacted] for a paperwork with all the parts that was put in the car and he said the adjuster will have it, but he doesn't, the shop does.[redacted] of NYPTC INC NY PUBLIC TOWING &COLLISION basically bullied us from the beginning to ending. It took them more than 30 days to complete the job and it still was not done right. The airbags are not put in properly you can see the airbags, the inside roof is loose, there are chips that wasnt there, the check engine light and vsc lights are now on, the car does not feel anything close to fix and it doesnt feel safe to drive.We need help! Please help!Your attention and help is greatly appreciated! Best Regards,[redacted]_______________________Desired Settlement: I would like my $500 deductible back because now I am stuck on my own to fix my car. These people cannot be trust. Their work is horrible, cheap and they are very very very rude - No way to treat a customer. I have more pictures I can upload. I felt abused and my wife was harassed.This shop should be closed down because they are doing the same exact thing to other innocent customers.
