Review: Last year after the hurricane a man came to my house and addressed himself as working with a company called Novastar and that he works with insurance companies in getting repairs done sustained by the hurricane. I was already working with the insurance company trying to get our roof fixed. anyhow, he said he owned a roofing company and showed us some work that he did and we agreed to have him do the work and had given us a great price so we had given him a deposit to order the materials etc, he then came back a few weeks later with his "roofer" and the price had gone up substantially, we had asked for a refund of our deposit and he said he couldn't do that. so now here I am out $750.Desired Settlement: would like a refund back for work that was never done
