NY Stallion Limo

Review: We used NY Stallion Limo when we went on our honeymoon in March. Everything seemed fine when he picked us up. Clean car, on time and charged what we were originally told ($175.21). The driver even stopped in Queens to let my husband use the bathroom. Once we got to Cabo, however, I noticed I had been charged not only for the ride to LGA but also TWICE ($129.71/each) for the ride home from EWR which hadn't even occured yet! I called them at $2.99/min from Mexico and they assured me they would reimburse the charge. Suprisingly, they did. Once we returned home, our flight arrived at 11:42pm. The driver did not show up at the airport until 1:30am! Once he did get there he kept us standing outside in the freezing cold while he circled around for 20 minutes "trying" to find us. Then in May, NY Stallion Limo charged my card an additional $139.34 for no reason!!!! My bank reimbursed it only to take it back when they had no luck reaching the Stallion! I called there yesterday on a whim and a man answered. He apologized at great length for any inconvenience and assured me he would reimburse the $139.34 plus $50.00 for the inconvenience and to cover the reversal fees from the bank. I was told to expect it in the morning and if not to call him with my address and he would mail me a check. 3 calls later today and still no answer...Desired Settlement: I would like what I was promised yesterday (08/**/2013). To be reimbursed the $139.34 plus $50.00 for inconvenience AND bank reversal fees.
