and signature required and it was out for delivery November *** and the *** left Notice Left (No Authorized Recipient Available) after couples of days buyer contact us saying that they never received the boots/order,we tracked and we find out that buyer refused and they opened case with *** and there case was denied by ***, so we where waiting the *** to ship us back the item and as soon we receive it we made a refund for the boots,we attached two files ,one to show the refund,and one to show the case was opened with ***. Review: I ordered shoes from this business through [redacted]'s marketplace. The shoes were (apparently) shipped. They were delivered somewhere (apparently). I never received them. They were signed for by someone with a very different name from mine. I tried to take the issue of non-receipt up with this company. Everyone points to someone else. [redacted] says I have to work it out directly with this company. This company told me they were 100% not liable. They even asked me to make sure I don't live with the person who signed for the package, as if I don't know who I live with or what their names are. They blame the post office. While I have a claim made with the post office, it is poor customer service not to provide a replacement and handle the shipping complaint on behalf of the customer. I have spent HOURS on the phone because of this issue. I have lost $200 with no foreseeable resolution in sight because of this companies incredibly poor customer service. Because of this "business" I will not do business with them or [redacted] again.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund. I didn't receive the product. I have made hundreds of purchases with [redacted] and I have never made a claim until now since I never received the boots. Someone has to make this right and I was truly appalled by the cold, discourteous customer service I've received from this company.
