Please be informed Insured knew about the fee's even before coming into to my office since he was recommended to my office. I spoke to the insured numerous times before purchasing the policy. Insured purchrased the policy back in September, he received all the documents with all the information. Everyone needs to sign documents in order to get insurance policy. Insured decided almost a month later after purchasing insurance policy that he wants the fee's back. He should off went to a different insurance brokererage company in the first place.
