It is our mission to make your stay with us a pleasant oneWe stride and make every effort to make all of our residents to have a positive experience while leasing the properties we manageI understand that there have been maintenance issues at [redacted] We have made every effort to get every Work Order done in a timely mannerSince your move in date of September 15, we are in receipt of Five maintenance requests, of which only One is outstandingOn September 19th (window is cracked in bedroom); September 21st (window in living room has a small hole)Resolution: Both windows were replaced; September 23rd (toilets are over flowing, afraid the other may over flow)Resolution: The Plumbers are called out and states that paper towels were the causeWe advised resident to only flush toilet paperNovember 14th (water is warm and doesn’t get hot, please check water heater)Work order given to Maintenance Tech on November 15thResolution: Appointment was set up by tech/resident for November 17thIt was determined water heater needs to be replacedProperty Supervisor begins to work on the replacement on November 20thPlumbing company called out to give estimate on cost to replaceOwner approved the replacement on November 22nd (our tech to replace)Appointment between tech/resident made for December 2nd to replace water heaterAs per the unpaid rent for November 2017; the account manager has set up a payment plan, which puts a hold off on the eviction on your delinquent rentAnd as long as you make the payments as agreed, this issue should be resolvedAgain, it is unfortunate that all this has occurred, but we look forward to making your stay with us a pleasant oneP.SYou’re welcome for the new water heater [redacted] Property Supervisor, forTexas Income Property
