I also want credit for any remaining gas in tank. If I can please be contacted a week in advance of them coming. And I just want to make sure that it is o cost to me because I am not the one who signed that contract

Yesterday I sent the following message to the [email protected] email in regards to this issue. Good Morning,I would like to withdraw Complain ID #***. We have found that there was an issue with our furnace that caused our problem and Pwas not at fault. I have been in contact with *** from our Pocomoke Plocation and we have worked out the other issues we were having with the service. We will remain customers of Pat this point as they have assured me that they are committed to providing reliable service. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.***

This complaint/account issue was addressed and an agreement/settlement was reached. The issue was resolved on 2/19/2016. We disagree with some of the statements made, but as I said it has been resolved Pep-Up, Inc

We removed the charge. This man is some one that wants something for nothing. this matter is closed

We went to make a delivery on 3/6, tanks full. Went today tanks full, they have heater problems. Not out of gas, not our problem. Caretaker had not been checking on house or it would have been discovered. Last delivery January 8th, a
long time and a lot of cold weather with the heater not running

We installed a tank tracking system that billed any one with a tank that have not used propane in the last year. Mr*** was billed in error the bill has been removed and Mr *** sent an email apology

Mrs. *** lives in a metered development, her meter is read usually monthly. Bills are due with in days of billing. If not paid finance charge of 2% a month is added. All the information she has requested is on the bill

We have a signed agreement on this property from time of tank installation. We will be glad to remove the tank under the terms of the agreement. Which states that we will not fill in any holes or damage created during the removal. If that is satisfactory we
will do this in the spring at no charge

All bills show what the previous meter reading was and the new reading, the net difference is multiplied by 2.75  to convert cubic feet to gallons multiplied by the price per gallon.    Finance charges are computed at 24% annual percentage rate  for the balance over thirty days.  If this is not what you are asking please feel free to call me [redacted]
