NYC Asbestos Surveys

Review: I had an asbestos inspection last month from this company. [redacted] (personal cell: [redacted]), conducted the inspection and initially was very prompt with his responses, I paid $650 for an inspection of my apartment (being renovated soon). I received one phone cal four weeks ago to pick up the inspection report and have not been able to contact the company via email, or phone numbers. I have communicated via text with Julio, who gave me the number of his assistant; [redacted] (personal cell: [redacted]). She assured me that she would send my architect the inspection report last week, which she has still not done. I am getting the run around for a service I paid for more than a month ago. It is holding up my renovation and costing me money and time every day on a project that I don't have a lot of money for.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the work that was done along with the inspection report that I initially paid for.This company has appalling customer service and is edging on stealing from me.
