The New York Bartending School" s Certified Mixer Course has hours compulsory training!! HOURS!!! And not pages with Bar Drink recipes only!!! FIRST LET ME EXPLAIN THE COMPLETE SITUATION THAT *** *** FAILED TO TELL YOUHE DID ENROLL IN A MIXOLOGY HOME STUDY COURSE WHICH THE COST IS $*** *** PAID THE DEPOSIT OF $WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT WHEN HE PAID THE BALANCE HE WOULD BE GIVEN THE STUDY MATERIAL AND UPON HIS
COMPLETION OF THE STUDYING, HE WOULD NEED TO PASS AN EXAM IN ORDER TO RECEIVE HIS CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETIONSINCE HE DID NOT PAY HIS BALANCE, HE WAS NOT GIVEN THE MATERIAL AND OF COURSE HE WAS NOT ISSUED A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION. This is unethical and disgusting way of making the client pay!!And that is true: I will not stop if I do not get justiceToday I have been at the Manhattan Consumer Affairs and get additional help of where to go In Jersey City to find helpAlso I got the address and phone number of the Jersey City Governor's legal consultant and I will contact Him and let Him know what a dishonest, white-color thieves are working legally who steal unsuspicious client's moneyIt is a same!!! And I am not going back?! Should I ask help again from that company, which ripped me off??!! That company which provides information and does not disclose the total fee of Their service and holds it back until They could make the client pay the initial fee?! thank you for the notification. this is the first time that management has heard of this problem. unfortunately, with the client trying to contact mr. [redacted] only, who is an independent representative, management has no knowledge of the situation. the client needs to conme to the office, with all...

original paperwork and speak to management. but even then there is no guarantee of a refund as our refund policy is clearly stated on our enrollment agreement in which the client was given to review before any money changed hands. if management AGREES TO REFUND HIS PAYMENT THEN HE WILL HAVE TO FILL OUT A REFUND REQUEST FORM AND FOLLOW OUR COMPANY PROCEDURE.

First, I do not recall saying or implying in my original reply that [redacted] was any type of mobster, criminal, mafia, etc. As before, [redacted] speaks before he thinks. Did he ever show you a copy of his enrollment agreement? The enrollment agreement clearly states what he enrolled in, the entire cost of the program, what he initially paid, his balance due and all of our company's policies. The enrollment is also clearly signed by [redacted] after he was not only explained the procedure but given ample opportunity to review the enrollment agreement prior to him submitting any payment.Second, I will repeat, [redacted] did not follow the procedure we told him and decided on his own to do it his way. When his way did not pan out, he returned to our office and tried to put the blame on us. Upon him being offered to not only return to the original location but to be sent to a different location, he refused and that is when he began to make threats of legal action, etc. Third, I can forward the Revdex.com an email that [redacted] sent us shortly after offering to drop the complaint if we would service him further. After initial discussion with the management of the company, it was decided to cease doing any business with [redacted] and to refund him his money even though our enrollment agreement clearly states that there are NO REFUNDS.[redacted] is NOT the type of client that not only do we not want to do business with, but also NOT the type of person that we want to recommend for employment with any of the many locations that we deal with.[redacted] has been instructed to complete and return our Refund Request Form via email and if/when he does, it will be processed as per our policy which is all refund requests will be processed within 14 business days and the refunded amount will be mailed to him.
