Review: I had rented a limo for my husbands 30th birthday. The exact date was 3/**/2014. I was given a specific car and price as to which I agreed on. Filled out all necessary paper work and so forth. A few days before the event, I was called and told the limo I originally had was involved in an accident and would not be available. They offered me a "downgrade". I specifically asked if the car would hold at least 12 passengers and was told yes! The car and driver arrived on time. This is when all went down hill. As I went to get in the car, I was told by the driver that the partition window was broken and I would have to stay on the phone with him while we drove to our destination. Secondly the car was NOT big enough for my passengers! I, a small sized adult had to sit on the ice chest and 2 of our guests refused to try and squeeze in! As they decided to follow us in their own vehicle, I realized that the interior lights were not working, the radio would not hold a station and the air conditioning was not working! I noticed all of this while having to quiet my guests to being on my cell phone with the driver giving him directions!!!! I expressed all of my concerns to the driver. With all that being said we never went anywhere else, after our first drop off due to these circumstances. I called the company first thing Monday morning with my experience and was told to email my complaints to their complaint department. With that, they issued me a $58.95 refund as to which I found offensive considering all of these bad experiences. I was told that I had exceeded the time to complain but they allowed me to go forward with the complaint anyways. So they basically went against their own policy. After weeks and months of back and forth, disputing the charge on my credit card, this is my last resort. I, from the beginning never wanted a 100% reimbursement. At least one full hour would have been enough! The [redacted] agreed to reimburse me the difference,which he never did!I have all emails from day 1 of this fiascoDesired Settlement: After months of back and forth, someone, [redacted] or [redacted] agreed to reimburse me for a total of $150. I have all of the emails I sent and all of the corresponding emails to prove all of this. I just want a fair reimbursement for my horrible experience.
