Review: Background: I currently receive government (HASA) assistance and up until December they have been paying the monthly storage fee. While my case is still appeal (to have them continue to pay the storage) I don't have economic resources to pay it out of pocket in a timely manner as I'm unemployed and Cash Assistance money is not enough.

The problem: They have very aggressive collective practices sending emails and calling every day to the point that is harassment even if the account is overdue for days, this is highly stressful. I've asked a friend to lend me money to pay last month due while I collect this month fee. I called to make a partial payment and they state that their policy don't allow/accept partial payments and they already warned me that if I pay after this Thursday there will be an additional late fee to the current balance and I just don't have the money to pay 2 months plus 2 late fees right now.Desired Settlement: I would like that they: stop harassing me, waive late the fees and allow me to make a partial payment while I collect the rest or I get a resolution on my case and know if the government will continue to take care of the payments.
