Review: I gave Wayne $500.00 to put down on an apartment I was interested in. Wayne sent me an email, putting it in writing, that I would get back my $500.00 if I did NOT get the apartment. I paid him electronically via [redacted]'s QuickPay. I did NOT get the apartment and he has not refunded me yet. I respectfully asked several times for my deposit back and he is ignoring me. It has been nearly three weeks and I have not received my deposit back yet, it is simple with [redacted]'s QuickPay to refund me and he has not yet. I can only assume this is due to his negligence and irresponsibility as a real estate broker.Desired Settlement: I would just like to get refunded my $500.00. I have emails and texts substantiating my claims. I do not want to take him to small claims court but [redacted] is not leaving me much of a choice.
